At Edition Truffle, every drop of truffle-infused olive oil results from meticulous craftsmanship, respecting both tradition and nature.
The olives are pressed, at low temperature, and then mixed with truffles to infuse.
To preserve the flavor, all olives are pressed within a few hours after they’re harvested.
